Big walk recharge

I had a big old walk today, it was lovely. I got to meditate on the beach whilst listening to the sea and when I opened my eyes, there was a seal. It's love when I see a seal pop its head out the sea. It feels like it's looking to see what I'm doing. There's a moment where we're both looking at each other and I love it.

I got to recharge my brain a lot. I am someone who needs peace, quiet and ideally some nature. I am a country boy with viking heritage so I need that expanses of landscape and sea.

I wasn't in the mood to take pictures though. I took a few but other than that, I didn't bother. I did record a podcast episode too but I don't think I'll share it. I just don't think it is very good.

I spoke to my Dad about the IndieWeb movement and he's very intrigued by it. He's very curious about things I'm curious about. It's clear where I get it from.
